Yes at this stage I am still counting the days it has been since I last had a drink. On Day 5 I am telling myself that it has almost been a week and I am starting to feel the edge of the cravings soften. I am not missing the evening glass of wine or martini the ways I was just a couple of days ago. That is progress. I am also beginning to think about getting together with friends again as I think I can handle it.
