I wake up feeling the best I have in weeks or months. I work out for a few minutes and then of course check Facebook in my e-mail. This is what I found in my inbox in so of course I immediately shared on Facebook.
This was in my in-box today and made me smile since I started (or stopped actually) 9 days ago. Not sure if I will quit drinking for a year but I am definitely thinking about that as a goal/challenge/idea. I have started a journal about it so who knows!

I feel excited and proud that I have already taken such big steps towards changing my life.
